Internals - pool index file maintenance

In pool directories, Packages, Sources, Release files must be updated.
ruby scripts(230 lines) updates these files incrementally.
It doesn't use dpkg-source or apt-ftparchive.

Packages index file
"dpkg -f" and adding Filename:, Size: and MD5Sum:.
Sources index file
dsc file and adding Directory:.
